 About Us:

We are dedicated to the repair and servicing of all machine-tools and ancillary equipment. We offer a comprehensive service ranging from breakdown repairs, TPM’s / Maintenance service schedules and minor modifications, through to overhauls, retrofits and complete rebuilds. We have a team of highly skilled multi-disciplined engineers experienced in a wide range of equipment from conventional manual machine-tools to the latest CNC technology. We offer breakdown response for both electrical and mechanical problems, including diagnosis and resolution of alignment, quality / accuracy issues.

Our engineers are all time served, with decades of experience in many different industries, spanning small independent precision engineering firms to some very well known international ‘Blue Chip’ companies. We have built an expansive knowledge base for fault finding and repair within all aspects of machining and manufacture. Our field of expertise also includes a varied array of associated automation equipment, such as parts loaders, material bar feeder systems and finished parts conveyors, through to fluid / coolant control and swarf removal.

We consider ourselves specialists in Mori Seiki equipment, but we commonly work with most of the well known names in the machine-tool family.
